My testimony of the amazing Karina.  I met Karina as an assistant in a taking a theta class due to the need to transform the energy in my life and the lives of my family.  With a son who had some special needs, time was limited and immediate, potent solutions needed to be found.  Karina’s work has helped us along a path that would have been far more difficult without her.  She has an amazing ability to hone right in on the deepest issues causing the struggle, unlock your stuck position, and enable you to move in the right direction.  Every time we have worked with her, we have shortly afterwards seen a physical manifestation of proof that could not possibly have been coincidental.  We have been so fortunate to have been led to the right circumstances and people to heal our son during a small window.  The impact of her work on our lives has been profound.  I have referred friends to her that all say the same thing.  We are very grateful to her – she is an amazing and skilled professional who is approachable, funny, intelligent, and has a wonderful way of listening to her clients to find their deepest areas of need.  She is truly the “mind whisperer”!  Thank you Karina – we wouldn’t be at this point in our lives without you.  I am so grateful to have met you.  You have taught me so much.      

Karina Konupek is what I would call a truly holistic healer; one who is capable of working with the whole being on more levels than any other healer I’ve ever encountered. Karina of The Heart of Wellness is a valuable asset to (my) any practice. She has a diverse education in structural, physiological and emotional issues that concern clients. The connection I made with you was formed during one of my first sessions. The birth of my daughter over 2 years ago had been traumatic in all ways. Physical. Emotional. Spiritual. Everything. I had no time to process any of it because I had a new born to care for. I had received bodywork that was very helpful to me but until this session I never was able to speak of my daughters birth without it being so fresh as if it was happening right at that very moment. The healing that took place during that session was deep and different. It was a very spiritual healing. As I lay on the table you asked me to go back to when my daughter was born. Instead of being separated with her right after she was born, you guided me to go with her and be with her. And I was there. She wasn’t alone. I came to realize that she had spirits with her that were comforting her and guiding her through her journey to her new incarnation. At that moment I finally felt peace with her birth. It no longer feels like a fresh wound.

The physical healing that accompanied these early sessions was the disappearance of a 6cm cyst on my right ovary, with no medical intervention. I felt it dissipating as you worked on it with light pressure and healing energy. The next ultrasound showed nothing where a toxic cyst full of "blood and other debris" had been just 2 weeks before. The pain was also gone. Pain on many levels.

I want to express my gratitude, and express how deeply it is felt. Very deeply.

Thank you so very much for helping me yesterday! This morning I feel as if a cloud of muck has been removed from my body.

I went to a doctor while I was still in school with complaints of unusual tiredness. He said I was depressed and needed an anti-depressant medication, and he had been putting lots of kids with a similar complaint on them. Subsequently, I never went to see him again.
